Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy protects Just Scope IT, our customers, and shared platform resources from abusive, unsafe, excessive, or non-standard usage.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Use of Just Scope IT must be reasonable, lawful, business-oriented, and consistent with the customer subscription, order form, Terms of Service, and product documentation.

1. General Use Standard

Just Scope IT is built for MSP business workflows, including SOW creation, contract generation, calculator management, approvals, reporting, integrations, and related support activity. Customers may not use the service in a way that burdens, degrades, disrupts, extracts from, reverse engineers, or misuses the platform.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activity

3. Usage Limits and Enforcement

Published or configured limits may include seats, storage, exports, attachments, API calls, MCP tool calls, AI-assisted actions, integration syncs, background jobs, and support volume. Unpublished technical limits may also apply to protect platform reliability. Just Scope IT may throttle, queue, limit, suspend, remove, or block activity that creates risk or materially exceeds normal use.

4. MCP, AI, and Automation

MCP, AI, and automation features must be used only for authorized tenant workflows. Customers are responsible for reviewing generated or automated outputs before relying on them. Just Scope IT may inspect prompts, tool calls, results, logs, parts catalog lookups, SOW data, and related usage records for safety, support, research, abuse prevention, quality improvement, and service development.

5. Data Access and Research Use

Just Scope IT may access and use service data, customer-submitted content, platform-generated records, usage telemetry, and integration metadata as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This includes support, troubleshooting, research, analytics, product improvement, security review, abuse prevention, and development of new or improved features. Customers retain ownership of their submitted business content. Just Scope IT will not sell customer data to third parties.

6. Remedies

If Just Scope IT determines that usage is excessive, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy, we may take action immediately, including warning the customer, requiring remediation, disabling features, limiting integrations, reducing throughput, suspending access, terminating service, preserving evidence, or notifying affected parties or authorities where appropriate.
