Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Just Scope IT collects, uses, shares, and protects information when MSP teams use our SaaS platform, website, and support channels.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This policy is intended for business customers and their authorized users. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict. We do not sell customer data.

1. Information We Collect

Account and identity data

We collect business contact details, account owner information, user profiles, authentication metadata, and role or permission settings.

Customer and platform content

We collect and process content your team creates in the platform, including SOW templates, contracts, calculator logic, pricing assumptions, approvals, audit history, attachments, settings, integration metadata, and platform-generated records.

Technical and usage data

We collect logs, device and browser details, timestamps, feature usage, and diagnostic telemetry necessary to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

3. Customer Relationship and Data Rights

Customers retain ownership of the business content they submit to the platform and are responsible for having the right to submit that data. Customers are also responsible for providing any notices or permissions required by their users, employees, clients, and vendors. Just Scope IT may access, use, process, and retain customer content and platform records as described in our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy to provide, support, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the service.

4. Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell personal information or customer data. We may share information with vetted service providers who help deliver hosting, security monitoring, analytics, identity, payment, communications, AI-assisted functionality, integrations, and support functionality. These providers are contractually required to protect data and use it only for authorized services.

5. Data Retention

We retain customer data, platform records, telemetry, audit logs, and derived records for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, improve the platform, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, preserve security, and satisfy legal requirements. Account owners may request deletion or export subject to applicable law, technical limitations, security needs, backup retention, and agreement terms.

6. Security and Confidentiality

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for a modern MSP SaaS environment, including access controls, logging, encrypted transport, environment segregation, and incident response procedures.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Requests should be sent to your organization first when we process data on its behalf, or directly to us if appropriate.
