Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Just Scope IT, including all related applications, APIs, and support services used by MSP organizations and their authorized personnel.

1. Service Scope
Just Scope IT provides software for business workflows, including repeatable SOW generation, pricing calculators, contract templates, and approval routing. The service is not legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory advice.
2. Account Security and Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
- Users must keep credentials confidential and use strong authentication controls.
- Customers must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Customers are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them in client engagements.
3. Acceptable Use, Fair Use, and Employee Protection
Customers may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or bulk extract platform data, bypass usage limits, abuse integrations, or interfere with platform operations. Use of the service is also subject to our Fair Use Policy. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward Just Scope IT staff is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Fees and Billing
Fees, payment terms, and subscription scope are defined in the applicable order form or checkout terms. Late payments may result in service restrictions or suspension until accounts are brought current.
5. Data Rights and Intellectual Property
Just Scope IT and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, platform design, templates provided by Just Scope IT, formulas provided by Just Scope IT, workflows provided by Just Scope IT, analytics, aggregated learnings, operational records, improvements, and platform-generated system data.
Customers retain ownership of the business content they submit to the service, including customer-created SOWs, contracts, calculator inputs, pricing assumptions, client records, attachments, notes, and approval content. Customers are responsible for having the right to submit that content into the service.
Customers grant Just Scope IT a license to host, access, use, process, copy, transmit, display, analyze, and modify customer content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, maintain, improve, research, and develop the service. Just Scope IT will not sell customer data to third parties.
Customer names, logos, client-identifying details, and confidential business details will not be intentionally published as public marketing material without permission. Just Scope IT may use anonymized, aggregated, de-identified, or generalized data and learnings to improve the platform, develop benchmarks, understand usage patterns, and build new or improved features.
6. Access to Customer Environments and Confidentiality
Just Scope IT may access customer environments, records, files, templates, SOWs, contracts, calculators, settings, integrations, logs, and usage data when reasonably needed for support, implementation, security, abuse prevention, reliability, product improvement, research, quality review, billing, legal compliance, and enforcement of these Terms. Access may be performed by authorized personnel, contractors, subprocessors, automated systems, or administrative tooling with a business purpose.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information of the other party using reasonable care. Just Scope IT will not sell customer data, but may use it as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Security Addendum, and any applicable order form.
7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Just Scope IT disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Scope IT and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by customer for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Just Scope IT and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from customer content, customer misuse of the service, or customer violation of law or these Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any contractual minimum term and payment obligations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
